Jack;

I have been taking all kinds of antidepressants for over 13 years, and here is
my advice, for what it's worth:

My advice is to STAY FROM PAXIL AND EFEXOR. if either of these work for you
then Prozac will also work since it works the dame way. The others offer NO
advantage over Prozac. And Prozac is very cheap compared with those others.

A way to make Prozac more effective day-by-day is to also take 2000-3000 units
of Omega 3, not Omega 3-6-9 just Omega 3. This sends the Prozac where it can
do the most good and overcomes the ups and downs that come from being
over-stressed one day and becoming depressed, or having less stress for a
couple of days and then feeling as high as a kite, ready to buy cars for all
your friends.

And stay away from melatonin replacements for sleep aids since they cause
depression for us.

Hope this helps,

Dalton
