[TMIC] 2010 symposium videos

The first 14 videos from the 2010 Rare Neuroimmunologic Disorders 
Symposium are now online. These are all the presentations from day 1 
of the Dallas symposium.

(iPad/iPhone). The videos can also be downloaded for viewing offline 
in mpeg4 format.
