There is such a thing as recurrent transverse myelitis: the Johns Hopkins site describes it as "the presence of more than one episode meeting the criteria for TM with intervening improvement and excluding the presence of multiple sclerosis. But that may not be what is going on here, either. I don't know if TM affects CO2 level -- unless it's affecting her diaphragm and therefore her breathing. Hopefully they'll be able to figure out what's wrong. BTW, Tracy, all you have to do to send a message to the group is to send it to [email protected].
