Susan,
I guess I don’t want the drowsiness it causes. What times of the day do you
take your baclofen?
I don’t have trouble with tennis shoes, just my dressier shoes. Of course, I
don’t wear heals, but all of a sudden I am having spasming with my flats.
We don’t have a Foot Solutions. Does they have shoes besides tennis shoes?

why don't you want to take more baclofen during the day? Does it make you
drowsy?

I take it 3 times a day.

Also, I have orthodics (sp?) that I put in all my shoes.
otherwise, I have lots of problems. I only wear good, supportive shoes.
Even spent big bucks at Foot Solutions, but what a difference.

Wishing you all the very best for 2012.

Sincerely,

  Gerry,
In the last 6 months or so, I have noticed that feeling (or spasming) on the
bottoms of my feet. It makes it difficult to walk. Also, certain shoes
make the spasming a
problem too. I am assuming that if I take more baclofen during the day
that it will improve. Just don’t want to. Is this what you are talking
about?
