Wow, you just answered so many of my questions. I have a neurologist appointment that took a month to get, on August 1. I have been so worried and sometimes afraid to go to sleep because usually when these twitches, or my head jerking or whatever is going on happens when I wake up. Whether in the middle of the night or in the morning but is usually MUCH worse if I wake up in the middle of the night. I have even ended up in the ER when I woke from a nap and had what my husband called convulsions. I could go on and on but I know we are on a whole other topic. But, THANK YOU.......didn't know what all that was. Scary.
