Jude I was told when I first got TM that it affects our internal thermostate. Our bodies can't adjust to changes of temperature. For me, it is the cold. This tiime of the year I cuddle under my electric throw most of the day. The only time I am really warm is at night when I get under all my blankets. The heat doesn't bother me very much in the summer. I bet you will find that many of us have the same problem - some have a hard time with the cold - and some with the heat.
