Jeff, I have had TM for 18+ years and yes I have this problem (and I am not paraplegic, just have nerve damage). When I have asked doctors about it they look give me a blank look, suggest Viagra and then talk about something else. I have never heard of something that will resolve it. Maybe someone else has better input (although this seems to be a sensitive subject that people tend to avoid). Roger in Kennewick, WA
