I think you're officially not on the TMNT fanmail list anymore, since I think they've put two or three things out in the past couple of weeks. You'd better let them know... And as for #4, as near I know it will be out in mid-June, but I don't think I've seen a more accurate date. And it's the only comic I've ever bought regularly, too...
