Actually, yeah, it musta slipped by ya. I didn't even notice it until AFTER I created
hyperlinks outta the URLs, and was testing the links on the page. There were quite a
few URLs that were funked, but I managed to get them straightened out.

Sorry I snapped a bit there. It's just that every year the same thing happens... but
you can't please everyone. I'd do this again in a heartbeat (definitely gonna help out
Dawn next year). But no one really seems to know how much elbow grease goes into
this... and when it comes right down to it, I made those forms for MY convenience not
yours. For goodness sakes people, you don't even have to TYPE anything... It's simple
Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V! Or just use simple mouse clicks if you want!

These awards, no matter how much they are or have been dogged in the past, are not the
evil popularity contests that some people seem to think they are... Do you have any
idea how many new fics I've realized are out there JUST by compiling the lists of
nominees?! Personally, I'm fine with the system as is (with the exception of some
guidelines as to how many times an old fic can win awards).

Like, GW said, it'll take quite a while longer to perfect the Awards... We are only 4
years old and the Emmys and Oscars have been around for the better part of a
century... and believe me we are no Oscar or Emmy.

One day tho... we'll get it right... And all will be right in the world! :D
