This does bring up a rather interesting problem that could arise.

While I'm sure Pete would most likely come to our rescue, being a huge movie fan, on movie sites such as  Coming Attractions  and Cinema Confidential always report about how some studios crack down on the little guys, the fans.

the biggest studio to ever do so to the point where it gets nasty with lawsuits, is 20th Century fox, in which our fab four are being shown...

Specially with shows like The Simpsons, X-Files.

But... time will tell and I doubt it will happen, simply because the net will be another great way for us fans to get new fans hooked in cos they GOTTA know how pumped we are cos of this... our sites which been up for a while, will show new fans intriuged of the show, search it on Yahoo, that the TMNT have had a great backhistory and open the floodgates to the TMNT.
