Hi, I am using Bash on Windows, and trying to compile tmux from source.
I’ve done the following steps: $ git clone https://github.com/tmux/tmux.git $ autogen.sh $ configure $ make $ make install All steps completed successfully. However, when I run tmux, I have the following error: $ tmux -V tmux: error while loading shared libraries: libncursesw.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory When I check out the 2.4 tag to build, I get the same error. I have the following ncurses libraries installed $ apt search libncurses Sorting... Done Full Text Search...
