Hello

- OS: Ubuntu 16.04.4
- tmux version 2.8

On Ubuntu, user within member "adm" group, can view the log files[1]. The
first user on this system (e.g jaya), automatically belong to adm group.
'jaya' can see /var/log/syslog, in tmux.

If I add second user to adm group (e.g jaya2), jaya2 can see var/log/syslog
too in console. But, when jaya2 using tmux, jaya2 can't see /var/log/syslog
with error message: tail: cannot open '/var/log/syslog' for reading:
Permission denied

I use putty to connect the system, and I have relog the user (jaya2)
