Hello Nicholas,

As far as I can tell, I don't need to enable "Report modifiers using CSI u" 
in iTerm2 profile settings.
This page seems to tell it's needed 
though: https://github.com/tmux/tmux/wiki/Modifier-Keys#extended-keys

Can you please explain when "Report modifiers using CSI u" is needed please?
