On Arch linux when I run "tmux a || tmux new" in bash when there's no running
server both the commands fails. Specifically "tmux new" returns -1.
NicM suggested it could be a race for the socket but couldn't dig into it, I'm
filing this ticket as a memorandum.
The issue is reproducible and even a "tmux a || (sleep 0.01; tmux new)" is
enough delay to make it works flawlessy.
