And of course, as soon as I sent that email I realized an old tmux
session was still running with the old configuration where I had
set -g default-terminal "xterm"...

So the scrolling weirdness is now gone, and a new challengers appears:
vim!
Now that the default-terminal is set to screen-256color, vim won't
use 256 colors, while I have:

set t_Co=256

On the ~/.vimrc file. Note that if I do:

$ TERM=xterm vim

vim is actually able to use 256 colors. I realize this is not
exactly related to tmux, but has someone fixed this behaviour ?
