Recently I started using Konsole + Vim with 24 bit color suppot. It looks
fantastic.

Unfortunately - tmux goes up to 256 colors only.
I did try to hack something together, but my C skills are appalling and I
know little about
inner workings of terminal emulators.
Are there any plans for tmux to support 24bit colors?
