I prefer to log my sessions so that I have a history in case I need it. And occasionally I do. I know I could use other tools, but if that's what should be done, then why was pipe-pane added at all? > If you're even coming close to hitting the number of maximum FDs, I'd be > amazed. I'm not coming close to hitting the max for FDs or processes, and I can increase the limit if I needed to. But not everyone has admin rights where they use tmux. > What's your real use-case here? My patch is an attempt to make pipe-pane a little better. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ See everything from the browser to the database with AppDynamics Get end-to-end visibility with application monitoring from AppDynamics Isolate bottlenecks and diagnose root cause in seconds.
