I prefer to log my sessions so that I have a history in case I need
it. And occasionally I do. I know I could use other tools, but if
that's what should be done, then why was pipe-pane added at all?

I'm not coming close to hitting the max for FDs or processes, and I
can increase the limit if I needed to. But not everyone has admin
rights where they use tmux.

I just like having a history of my sessions. My patch is an attempt
to make pipe-pane a little better.
