So, I use vi keys in copy mode, so I can do selection with C-b[, then
select with " ", move around "ENTER"...

Works ok, but I rarely paste from my shell history into tmux.... and
if I'm copying from/to vim, I use "+y.

Mostly, I copy history out into github comments, jira, skype, etc.
I've searched around, and I've seen various approaches to selecting,
then copying the selection into xclip, but what I'd like is for EVERY
selection I make to be available in the x11 clipboard.

Is there any way to do this? I hoped:

set-option set-clipboard on

would do it, but it did not.

I use tmux v1.8, on xubuntu 13.10, FYI.

Thanks,
Sam
