According to the manual... "`$' selects the lowest numbered window". This does
not seem to work. How to reproduce: Create 3 windows and make the middle one
the current window. The issue the command 'join-pane -s :$" . tmux will report
"Invalid or unknown command: join-pane -s :$"
Issuing the same command with ^ , ! , - and + as the selectors does work. Using
tmux 1.8
