I do not like how client access implements paste nor how mochasoft implements it nor rumba/extra. They all are all different depending on what you want to do and one has advantages over the other depending on what you are actually looking to paste and how. tn5250j has in my opinion a happy medium with an extra little touch with the paste special command. Not sure I can change it and myself be happy with how I particularly use the paste functionality. If not there would be a whole lot of different options to define for copy and paste or putting more options on the popup menu. Hope that helps if not tell me more but am kind of hesitant to change the functionality.
