I just tested gnutls and it does not hang. But it prints some error logs,
although not the same as yours. Looks like I have to dig further into that. I
use openssl normally if I need ssl. It is much better tested. You may
run "./configure --with-ssl=openssl" when you build tntnet to use openssl. As
far as I know openssl is better than gnutls. The problem with openssl is its
license.
