Well, web applications have two parts: the client part and the server
part. The client part makes the requests and it is actually run by the
browser and the browser is the one doing the requesting. So just put
in the response from the server an HTTPS URL and the browser will make
a request to it (in response to a user action, javascript timer, etc).
Maybe you wanted a code snippet that performs a HTTPS GET using cxxtools?
