Hi,

I have never tried but I guess yes. I don't know about any relevant
API-change in cxxtools or tntnet.

Why do you want to know?

Tntzenoreader is quite useless since there are no current zeno files
around any more and I don't think there will be. The zeno file format
has been improved and released as the zim file format from the openzim
project (http://www.openzim.org), which is today a standard format for
wikipedia offline.
