I have never tried but I guess yes. I don't know about any relevant API-change in cxxtools or tntnet. Why do you want to know? Tntzenoreader is quite useless since there are no current zeno files around any more and I don't think there will be. The zeno file format has been improved and released as the zim file format from the openzim project (http://www.openzim.org), which is today a standard format for wikipedia offline.
