Right. This a very common problem. Now it is in the FAQ ;-) .

You have to link db.so against tntdb by adding -ltntdb to the LDFLAGS in 
your Makefile.

If you read the log carefully you can see, that tntnet tries to load the 
library "db" from different places. It also gives a hint, that it is not 
a problem to load the database driver but your application library.
