Hi,

I recently asked the question, how to count the number of active
requests of a tntnet application. The solution which Tommi and the rest
posted here are working fine. However, there's a little drawback, I
can't solve somehow.

This is my request counter in the request scope. I was thinking that, if
the request is closed, the counter will be decremented.
<%request>
   request_counter_t counter;
</%request>

True, it's working. However, the more interesting question is not if,
but when the connection is closed?

After 10 minutes of waiting, I get this error:

2012-11-09 06:48:10.22709 [4703.140470126638848] FATAL tntnet.worker -
requesttime 600 seconds in thread 140470229518080 exceeded - exit process

I added a keepAliveTimeout of 60 seconds. So, my assumption was that the
connection is closed shortly after 60 seconds, doesn't it?

How could I reduce the requesttime from 600s to 120s or some other
arbitrary timeout?

Thank you!

Denis
