Hi,

I guess when I have a configuration file, which is named tntnet.xml, the 
best name for the man page for that is tntnet.xml.

And a tool named tntnet-config should have a man page named 
tntnet-config and nothing else.

It is strange to think about xmlrpc when reading tntnet.xml.
