As that website states, just because the tests fail does not mean your server is vulnerable. Besides, if you are concerned about the mail from address (rather than rcpt to), just add it to the badmailfrom list. Qmail does not check the if the recipient exists before accepting a message, just that the domain is in rcpthosts.
