Great
toaster!!! I sat around for two days trying to get
Qmail/Courier/SqWebmail/VPopmail to work, and never got it. Finally I
scrapped it and used the toaster, and it's working (mostly)
great!
I have only two
problems. First, and the most major, is that I can't get QMailAdmin to come
up. When I visit the qmailadmin page (http://myserver/cgi-bin/qmailadmin),
I get this text in the browser:
warning: file name is symbolic link
header.html
warning: file name is symbolic link
show_login.html
warning: file name is symbolic link
footer.html
SqWebmail is working
just fine, so apache should be working, and I don't see anything other than a
status 200 in the apache logs.
Any ideas on this
one?
My second problem,
which I found a workaround for, is that tcp.smtp resides in /home/vpopmail/etc,
but when I run qmailctl cdb, the cdb is placed in /etc. Then, when someone
tries to send me a mail, the /var/log/qmail/smtpd/current log shows that
tcpserver is dropping the connection because it can't find
/home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb. Anything I'm doing wrong here? I
copied tcp.smtp.cdb over to that directory, and I'm receiving mails just fine
now.
Thanks,
Matt
