I meant to post this last week, but got caught up in various projects. With a tremendous amount of help from Bill Shupp, our toaster is up and working as expected. If anyone ever gets in a jam and has to resort to getting Bill's "commercial help", I can vouch that he is a complete professional and will get the job done smoothly and quickly. I was running into some problems that were simply beyond the scope of my experience or expertise level, and he very quickly understood and fixed my problem(s).
