[toaster] how to configure qmail not to make relay anywhere.

I just found out that my qmail for one thing or another was not doing pop before smtp.  I need to know how I can make qmail not make relay of anytype.  SO later on I can loosen it by bits till where we can all use it.  I need to stop the spamming of that server asap.   Please advice.   My configuration is based on the toaster config that was one year ago.
