[toaster] Backup

Hello everyone, i'm using qmail-toaster as my MTA, i am also using imap to store mail and i would like to know how what folders should i backup to keep my user's mail an imap folders safe??? And what should i do to create IMAP folders, the server always deny when i try to create a new folder.
