This is stored in /var/qmail/control/databytes. If this file does not exist, then there is no limit. Otherwise, the contents of databytes (in bytes) is the limit. Keep in mind that if any other mail servers are involved, they might implement their own limits. But qmail will bounce violations with the message "exceeds databytes limit", or something of the like.
