clamd.conf is the configuration file for clamd, the virus scanning 
daemon.  It is read at startup of clamd, which qmail-smtpd talks to via 
simscan, the virus/spam scanning harness.

do u have a link to the file 
 

After you install the toaster, it is in /usr/local/etc/
