[toaster] SMTP-AUTH + simscan

I installed the toaster on a test server and noticed that mail coming 
from authenticated users is not scanned by simscan.  I would like to 
scan all outgoing mail for viruses even from authenticated users.  Is it 
possible to modify the SMTP-AUTH patch to scan outgoing messages with 
simscan or qmail-scanner?
