Isn't this as simple as replacing /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem
and /usr/lib/courier-imap/share/imapd.pem with your signed key? Or
are you referring to something else? I don't see what needs to be
added to the toaster to make this work, except perhaps a mention that
this default key is self signed. Seems to me, if you are using custom
or signed keys, you should know how this sort thing works.
