Yes, during the toaster install, /usr/lib/courier-imap/authdaemonrc is edited to remove all but authvchkpw.
I had already changed that back, but I'm getting some errors in /var/log/maillog:

Yeah, you did not do what I suggested in my last email. Change the authmodule list to include only the authpwd one. Then restart authdaemon. You're not setup for any of those other modules.
