[toaster] Mail Robot problem

I had a former user whose email account I deleted from the system using 
qmailadmin.  Now when I try to set up a mail robot using the users old email 
address, system reports that,

"Name already used <user's email name>"
Any ideas on how to fix this problem so that I can let people know that this 
person no longer has an email account (via the mail robot)?
