Yes, the bug is present in 5.4.10. The old vdelivermail did not update
quotas on catchall deliveries that went direct to a maildir. It also
didn't check or update quotas any time the user had a .qmail file.
5.4.12 should fix a lot of quota-related bugs in vdelivermail.

haven't seen it.
