Ensure that the uids and gids that you create for qmail/vpopmail are the same
on both machines, then once you are installed copy over vpopmail domains,
tcp.smtp, the stuff in /var/qmail/control, users and alias. If you use rsync
as root the permissions will be retained.
Also check the archives of this list and the qmail list where this issue has
been discussed before.
