Thanks Bill, but I already found the man pages, and they are really
only reference, not a walk through how to set it up.   I can't figure
out from *any* of the man pages how to:

- Confirm Maildrop is actually installed/working as part of Courier (I
have no "maildrop" executables on my box)
- Configure Qmail/Courier to invoke maildrop
- Set up a *simple* filter to filter mail into folders for virtual
domain account folders

I've been searching for hours, and I can't find anything that will
answer these three simple questions.  Every page I find is written for
experts, and assume the reader knows everything there is to know about
qmail/courier/maildrop.  I unfortunately lack that experience.
