I dont know why /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem corrupted and howto
solve this
problem.
A simple solution (unless you paid for a signed cert) would be to:
rm /var/qmail/control/*pem
cd /var/src/netqmail-1.05/netqmail-1.05
gmake cert
gmake tmprsadh
