first – a big THANK YOU goes to Bill, for a
good piece of work !
I’ve installed your toaster a few times in my
test environment, and also I have used a part of your how-to to implement
clamav, and spam-assassin with qmail-ldap, but now I have a few questions :
- are outgoing mail
being scanned for virii? I cannot find any trace of that. CHKUSR allows
host to relay message, but I don’t see any activity ( since the
simscan is a queue program, a message which is being relayed doesn’t
get to the queue, so this cannot be accomplished in this way ). Is it
possible to reroute messages through the queue?
- is there a way to
build an av/spam mail gateway based on this toaster? ( I think many people
wonder if this is possible and of course – how ).
