[toaster] TLS debugging

Greetings all, I’m trying to understand a little bit more about the qmail-tls.patch. Reading the initial documentation Frederic, he names a DEBUG option for further logging information, but I don’t know where to invoke this option.   Could someone tell me how?   Thanks in advanced, Juan
