[toaster] vpopmail 5.4.15

Hi   If I use vpopmail5.4.15 do I have use the "vpopmail-5.4.13-cumulative-1.patch " and "qmail-toaster-0.8.1.patch.bz2" from the Bill's toaster.   Do I have to use "vpopmailctl" if I started as a DEAMON.
