You are looking at the most up to date installer. A new one will be out
with a week or so, though, in a new format.
I've found that duplicate emails are usually the result of DNS problems
or slow scanning, where the sender closes the connection and retries
before waiting for acknowledgment from the DATA command.
Also, this can be a problem when the simscan/ripmime patch is not
applied, and ripmime duplicates attachments, resulting in the problem above.

You might also try the smtp-delay program between rblsmtpd and
qmail-smtpd, as it helps stop pipelining, which might be related as well.
