[toaster] qmail-smtpd p0f patch.

Woah, i guess i'm back from planet Mars, i just noticed simscan was 
updated to 1.4 !

I see a mention in the Changelog for p0f code being gone to qmail-smtpd ..
Thus the following question, is there a qmail-smtpd + p0f patch for 
Bill's Toaster script available somewhere ?

I also remember someone mentioning moving rblsmtpd code to qmail-smtpd, 
after the AUTH checks .. Anyone runs such setup ?
