Hi Rick,
  Very sorry to bother you again,  but "make cert" did nothing in the
/var/src/netqmail-1.05/netqmail-1.05 directory.  I do have "Makefile-cert"
and "Makefile-cert.mk" files in that directory, but no "cert".  Should I run
a "make Makefile-cert" or "Makefile-cert.mk" instead?
