Patch does indeed apply cleanly even to the latest ClamAV. Problem is, the ClamAV folks have changed their malware database format.
Simscan can't extract the version information anymore. It kind of works if you have a previous installation (simscanmk -g throws a tantrum, though), but simscan won't compile with the latest ClamAV.
