Try increase the softlimit
I disabled softlimit since I used qmail,
Remember that, when I have my first install of qmail, I have some
difficult problem, and turinng the softlimit off help.
So softlimit is disabled in qmail-smtpd run file.
But what I saw now, is that when I strace qmail-send there is aninfo:
execve("/var/qmail/bin/qmail-send", ["qmail-send"], [/* 1 var */]) = -1
EACCES (Permission denied)
Last time when Iam working on the server, I was creating partition on
the second disc (unused), but it couldn't affect adversely on it.

/service/qmail-pop3ds: up (pid 9718) 1262 seconds
/service/qmail-send: up (pid 22080) 0 seconds
/service/qmail-smtpd: up (pid 11514) 1115 seconds
obnly qmail-send wont start
