Another easy fix.

I tested the main project page plus its three main sub-pages to insure that the
link state was as expected.
Note: I tried to use a "{% with %}" block to wrap the "project_html" state
directly from "project.html " to "baseprojectpage.html", but I discovered that
there was no place in "project_html" that I could place the "{% endwith %}",
which is why I went to "views.py" to explicitly add that state variable into
the context.
